We recently purchased from Cadillac of Beverly Hills. We are from outside the area so we drove a round-trip of over 8 hours for the purchase. If you don’t want to read a long review, here’s the summary: I would’ve given this review three stars because of the first part of our experience, but I am giving it five stars, solely because of the second person we dealt with, and I want to make sure he is recognized for it. Our honest feedback on our experience is divided into two parts: the first part, the pre-sale part, was definitely rocky. After looking at some of the Google reviews, we had a similar experience with communication and feeling like we weren’t getting straight answers. We originally started working with a salesperson named “Sammy“ who was texting my husband about the vehicle we were interested in. At some point, my husband indicated that he was a serious buyer and wanted to know the best price they could offer. Despite going back-and-forth with Sammy on many many texts for over 2 weeks, it was extremely difficult to get the sales price pinned down. We got one number, and then Sammy changed it. We indicated we wanted to know their best price because we were shopping around, and Sammy was not willing to give that information, instead insisting my husband let him know what he was willing to pay. This experience was not like what we had at other dealerships, who gave us their best price without a lot of going around or sales maneuvering. Once we finally agreed on a price and got all the details worked out, it was a little difficult to get in touch with the finance manager, which also caused us some worries. To be fair, the price that they finally gave us ended up being great,, and we were very pleased. It was just such a painful process getting there, and Sammy wasn’t the easiest to deal with. However, once we actually got to the dealership on the day of delivery, our experience went from a 5 to 10 and that is because of KEVIN KANIFATI. The second part our experience was actually great! Kevin was super patient, answered all of our questions, treated us with respect, and was fantastic to work with. He made sure to go over all the features of the vehicle we were purchasing and was just a really nice guy. I would definitely say he may the 8 hr drive worth it! So I guess in the end, my advice on this would be if you’re going to do business with this dealership, ask for KEVIN right off the bat and save yourself unnecessary irritation. Lol, THANKS KEVIN 👏🏻 I share this feedback as a fellow business owner, and if the business reads their reviews, they should take note of ways that they could improve the experience for others.

Leased an Optiq and the experience was excellent and extremely smooth. I worked with Kevin and Maissan for sales and Amir and Ivan in finance. Everyone was easy to work with and no one was pushy (very rare at a car dealership). They also gave me the best deal and I searched all the dealers within a 100 mile radius. Justin also helped me with my lease return of my previous car. I would recommend them and Cadillac of Beverly Hills to anyone in the future. Thanks again!
